Spear is a four-week programme for young people aged 16-24 not in education, employment or training. The programme is made up of a combination of group and 1-1 sessions, where our coaches help trainees overcome challenging attitudes, and offer practical training such as writing a good CV and mock interview practice; each trainee then receives 6 months of follow-on support. 

75% of young people who complete the Spear programme are in education, employment or training 12 months later.
