Alive Youth

Alive Youth is a space where young people aged 10-18 meet to have fun together, grow in faith together and learn more about how to live life in the fullness that Jesus brings. We gather together on a Thursday evening and Sundays, with regular social events and trips away.

Sundays

Sunday AM : Alive Youth meet during the 10.30 gathering, starting in the main gathering in church and then heading next door to Hope House. We have breakfast, play games, open the Bible and pray together.

Sunday PM: Alive Youth are invited to come and join The 6pm evening gathering where we worship, hear from the Bible and pray. After the gathering we have the Big Chill where youth can hang out together!

Alive Youth - Thursdays & Socials

Alive Youth meet every Thursday from 7-8.30pm during term time. We meet in Hope House for games and challenges, tuck shop, milkshakes and a chance to hear about God and talk about faith with each other. There are two groups Ignite for school years 6 to 9 and Wildfires for school years 10 to 13.

Glow is an hour for young people interested in dance, singing and music. Any young people who want to grow in worship leading should come at 6pm on Thursdays.

Ignite (years 6-9) is the place to belong as young people enter secondary school, with a focus on fun together, friendship and exploring faith. There will be the usual tuck, games and community!

Wildfires (years 10-13 is for young people doing their GCSEs, A-Levels and Further Education. Wildfires is a place to belong, develop faith, engage in project based work with our social transformation partners, as well as great socials and community.

Each month, Alive Youth hosts social events for young people to invite their friends to, packed with fun and food. Look out for these in the What’s On page!
