We are looking for a dynamic, visionary leader to serve as 16–25s Missional Pastor. This role sits at the intersection of mission and discipleship—focused on pioneering fresh engagement and building community for young people in Gateshead, particularly focussed on FE Colleges and NEET Young People. You will help shape the culture, create spaces for encounter, and build leadership from within this generation.
